Well, obviously, apart from a few potted plants and the contents of the computer room, our people are our tangible assets.
Being the kind of integrated agency we are means building a team from many different backgrounds, and with many different skills. And - more difficult - it means finding ways that they can work really closely with each other.
Practice makes perfect, and these days we're very good at this. And of course the fact that everyone is always lovely, easy to get on with, supremely talented and totally committed to doing great work does help. (Well, almost everyone. And almost always.)
